Table of Contents

1. Scope

This US State Privacy Notice supplements the Fur IQ Global Privacy Policy and applies to residents of US states that provide consumer privacy rights, including California and other states with similar laws.

2. Categories of personal information we collect

We may collect identifiers and contact details; account credentials; commercial information; booking and transaction data; internet and electronic activity information; approximate geolocation; communications and user content; professional or employment-related information; payment and billing information; inferences; and other information described in the Global Privacy Policy.

3. Sources of personal information

We collect personal information from you, your devices and browser, businesses and service providers using Fur IQ, other users, vendors, security providers, connected services, affiliates, public sources, and advertising, attribution and analytics partners.

4. Purposes for collection, use and disclosure

- Providing and operating the Services, including bookings, subscriptions, payments, support and account management. - Personalising content, features, ranking, search, recommendations and customer tools. - Analytics, product development, diagnostics, internal reporting, security, trust and safety. - Generating business reporting, trend analytics, campaign measurement and commercial insights. - Marketing, targeted advertising, audience management, sponsored content, attribution and campaign performance measurement. - Compliance, legal response, fraud prevention and protection of rights and property.

5. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

Some of our disclosures to advertising, analytics, attribution and measurement partners may be considered a "sale", "sharing" or use of personal information for "targeted advertising" or "cross-context behavioural advertising" under certain US state laws, even if no money is exchanged directly for the data. We therefore provide a Your Privacy Choices mechanism and related opt-out rights. Once we receive a valid opt-out request, we will stop the relevant sale or sharing activities for that consumer except as permitted by law.

6. Global Privacy Control and opt-out preference signals

Where required by applicable law, Fur IQ recognises and honours valid opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for the browser or device that sent the signal. We may ask for additional information only where permitted and reasonably necessary to implement a broader account-level choice.

7. Sensitive personal information

Fur IQ does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" workflow unless and until we notify you and implement that control. We use sensitive information only where reasonably necessary for the Services, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other permitted purposes, unless a different lawful basis or notice is provided.

8. Your rights

- Right to know/access the personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell or share, subject to applicable exceptions. - Right to correct inaccurate personal information. - Right to delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. - Right to data portability for certain information. - Right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling where the law provides that right. - Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. - Right to appeal a denied request where the relevant state law provides an appeal right.

9. How to exercise rights

You can exercise your rights through the Your Privacy Choices link in our website footer or app settings, by emailing privacy@furiq.io, or by using the privacy request form made available through our Services. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request. Authorised agents may make requests on a consumer's behalf where permitted by law and subject to verification of authority.

10. Point-of-collection summary for US users

At or before collection, we provide or link a concise notice stating the categories of personal information collected, the purposes for which the information will be used, whether the information may be sold or shared or used for targeted advertising, and where the consumer can review this Notice, the Global Privacy Policy, and available opt-out choices.

11. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate for the disclosed purposes, as described in the Global Privacy Policy, taking into account legal, operational, security and business needs.

12. California-specific clarifications

For California residents, cross-context behavioural advertising may constitute sharing. We provide the required methods to opt out of sale/sharing and honour recognised opt-out preference signals where required. If we offer a financial incentive or loyalty program in the future that is subject to California disclosure requirements, we will provide the relevant notice at that time.

13. Contact and appeals

If you believe a request was denied incorrectly and your state law provides an appeal right, you may submit an appeal by emailing privacy@furiq.io with the subject line "Privacy Appeal" within 30 days of the decision, unless a longer period is required by law.
